These terms and conditions form a legal agreement between the wanbd platform and its users. wanbd is an online casino and sports betting platform operated for players in Bangladesh.

By accessing, browsing, or creating an account on this platform, you acknowledge the following:

• You have read and understood all clauses of these terms.
• You are voluntarily and fully consciously giving your consent to these terms.
• You are using this platform for yourself and not on behalf of any third party.
• It is your own responsibility to verify whether conducting online gaming activities in your area is lawful.

wanbd reserves the right to modify these terms at any time without prior notice. Continuing to use the platform after updated terms are published will be considered your acceptance of the new terms.

These terms are written in English. In the event of any ambiguity, the interpretation by the wanbd authority shall be considered final.

To maintain a safe and transparent environment on wanbd, we follow a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process. The following documents may be requested for verification:

• A copy of your National ID (NID) or passport.
• A utility bill or bank statement as proof of residence.
• Proof of ownership of the payment method.
• A selfie photo or video verification if required.

Withdrawal requests may not be processed if verification is not completed. Refusing to provide verification documents or submitting false documents will result in permanent account closure.

Your personal information will be used solely for verification purposes and will be kept secure in accordance with our privacy policy.

wanbd offers new players a 150% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳5,000. For example, depositing ৳1,000 will earn you a ৳1,500 bonus, bringing your total balance to ৳2,500. Depositing ৳8,000 or more will earn the maximum bonus of ৳5,000, bringing your total balance to ৳13,000.

Before withdrawing a received bonus, you must wager 20 times the bonus amount. Wagering is calculated only on the bonus amount, not including the deposit. For example, after wagering ৳1,500 bonus × 20 = ৳30,000, winnings earned from the bonus can be withdrawn.

• Each player will receive the welcome bonus only once.
• Bonuses cannot be transferred to another account.
• If a bonus is not used within the specified time after being awarded, it will expire.
• If any fraudulent activity is detected while using a bonus, the bonus and any winnings earned will be cancelled.
• wanbd reserves the right to modify or cancel any promotion.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the wanbd platform:

• Creating multiple accounts or using another person's account.
• Placing bets using bots, automated software, or artificial intelligence.
• Abusing bonus benefits or collecting bonuses through fraudulent means.
• Using the platform for the purpose of money laundering.
• Attempting to hack or bypass the platform's security systems.
• Engaging in fraudulent or harassing behaviour towards other users.
• Creating an account using a false identity or incorrect information.
• Operating an account on behalf of a person who is not of legal age.

Involvement in any of the above activities will result in immediate account closure, forfeiture of all balances, and legal action may be taken if necessary.

wanbd takes the privacy of your personal information very seriously. We use SSL encryption technology to keep all your information secure.

Your information may be used for the following purposes:

• For account management and identity verification.
• For processing financial transactions.
• For providing customer service.
• For informing you about relevant promotions and offers (if consent has been given).

• If loss occurs due to failure to keep your account login details secure.
• If service is disrupted due to unforeseen or unavoidable circumstances (force majeure).

wanbd's total liability in any case will not exceed the amount of actual deposits held in your account.

These terms may limit certain legal rights you have. However, rights granted under any applicable law are not cancelled by these terms.
